Lime Rock 66 - Collectors Edition

Born in Hobart Tasmania. This single malt whisky was bottled to reflect our Lime Rock truck race. With Waters Whisky riding on the hood of the #66 truck, we battled from 16th to 5th.

This bright, well-balanced whisky opens with burnt toffee, citrus peel, and soft oak on the nose. The palate follows with zesty lemon, crisp pear, and smooth vanilla cream over warm biscuit malt. A clean, honeyed finish lingers just long enough to call you back for another sip.

Matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a robust 53% ABV.

Individually numbered and personally signed collectors edition release of 66 bottles.
